Roast, Carrots and Fingerling Potatoes

1 bag of fingerling potatoes, washed
1 onion chopped
1 clove of garlic minced
2 packets of Lipton Onion Soup mix
Small bag of small carrots washed
1 chuck roast or sirloin tip roast
6 cups of Beef Broth
salt, pepper for taste



In a skillet add enough olive oil to cover bottom......turn heat on med high and sear roast on all sides. In the crock pot add beef broth and onion soup mix...using a whisk, mix the soup mixture into the broth. Add the seared roast and all the other ingredients.....turn crock pot on 10 hours........your house is gonna smell YUMMY
