1 Cup of sun dried tomato's (hydrated)
4 to 5 Fresh Basil Leaves
2 pieces of bread (I used Oat Bread)
enough butter to coat one side of each piece of bread
To hydrate the tomato's, add them to a bowl of warm water and let soak for a few minutes..drain and pat dry with paper towel
All my ingredients
make sure your grill pan is hot, coat one side of each bread with butter, place one side down on hot pan and layer the mozzarella basil leaves and tomato's with final layer more cheese.
place second piece of bread butter side up on top of the layers.......brown each side turning carefully......
just a little bit of Mmmmm Mmmmm good.....
