4 to 6 Chicken Breasts
1 medium tomato chopped into small cubes
1 envelope of the Lipton Savory Herb and Garlic
1/3 cup of water
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp grated Parmesans cheese
Preheat oven 400 degrees
In a baking dish, arrange chicken, place the cut up tomato's on top of each piece (make it pretty now)
In a small bowl add the water, the seasoning packet and olive oil, mix until all is incorporated. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes. Top with cheeses and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
I served on top of rice, added more chopped tomato's and poured some of the juices over the chicken and the rice............YUMMMMMMMMMMM! and pretty
