Chicken Alfredo

1 stick butter
1 8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup parmigiana
1 cup feta (plain crumbled)
1/4 cup mozzarella
1cup half n half or milk ( I used milk)
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz package egg noodles or pasta of your choice
4 chicken thighs or breast or both

Sauté chicken in a pan with a little olive oil until cooked through out... Meanwhile melt butter completely in a sauce pan and add cream cheese ( cube the cream cheese to melt faster) whisk till smooth and then add all the cheeses and spices...turn to simmer whisking every now and then ... In a stock pot cook the pasta in chicken stock until almost tender.... Cube chicken add to sauce and then add pasta stirring to coat add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy
