semi-homemade pancakes

If you use a box mix for your pancakes...you can make it a little more tastier and taste a little more homemade.....add.......1 tsp of vanilla, 1 tsp of sugar and instead of using all water.....add 1/2 buttermilk and 1/2 water....... serve with warm maple butter pecan sryup and no one will know they came from a box.....these are really yummy and its simple easy and QUICK........KEEP COOKING
