Rosemary Chicken

6 chicken thighs and or breast
zest from two lemons
juice from 3 lemons
4 sprigs of Rosemary
1 garlic clove minced
1 cup of Caesar vinaigrette salad dressing
salt
pepper
olive oil

place chicken in a bowl, add zest, juice from lemon, minced garlic and rosemary (pull the leaves off stalk of rosemary) and salad dressing and drizzle olive oil over mixture....mix the chicken and ingredients together to coat all pieces...cover and refrigerate for an hour.

Preheat oven 350 degrees, remove chicken from bowl and place in baking pan,  pour remaining marinade over chicken, cover with tin foil and bake for 30 min...remove foil and bake another 10 to 15 minutes...till juices run clear and chicken is brown..(not burnt but a golden brown)..:)

well ain't that just pretty........and tasty too....ENJOY
