Blue Cheese Butter for Steaks

3 Tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
pinch salt and pepper
Mash the butter, blue cheese and parsley in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.
 Once the steaks are cooked spread a layer of the blue cheese butter on top of steaks and serve

I have to say this picture doesn't do these steaks justice, when you spread the flavored butter over the steaks and it melts the taste is just absolutely incredible.......I highly recommend you try this, you won't ever go back to a plain steak
